Your own checklist and JSA on the phone, signed off before you launch. Set them once, they come up on every job.

Conditions pulled from your local weather station or entered on the spot. Photograph the drum, the label, the batch. Log what actually went in the tank — not what was planned.

The record is written. The grower's report is generated. You are off the paddock and the paperwork is behind you.

Australian chemical use records are not a short list. Depending on your state you need the applicator and their qualifications, the registered product name and its registration number, the active constituent, the exact location, the date, the equipment and method, the rate, the crop and purpose, any label restraint — and the conditions at the time: temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, cloud cover, rain.
In Queensland you have two days to make that record and five days to get a copy to the person you did the work for. It has to be kept for at least two years.

Founding operator rate — until 31 December 2026
Start a subscription before 1 January 2027 and you keep $19 a month, or $190 a year, for as long as you stay subscribed. From 1 January 2027 the price is $29 a month, or $290 a year.
How members work
You set up your business, and you are the first member. Add a pilot or an office manager and it is another $19 a month. Take them off and it comes back off. You are only ever paying for the people who are actually in there.

Questions
Do I have to buy a drone from you?
No. AgDrone Hub works for any operator on any aircraft. We build it, we do not gate it.
Does this replace my ReOC operations manual or my flight logs?
No, and it does not try to. It is the place a job gets recorded — the client, the conditions, the chemical, the report. If you already tick something off in another system, tell the Hub once and it will not ask you again.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your jobs, records, photos and reports belong to your business. You can export them at any time, and if you stop subscribing you can still get to them and download them — you have records to keep for years and we are not going to stand between you and them.
What if I only spray a few months a year?
Pay monthly and turn members off when they are not flying. If you go quiet entirely, your records stay where they are and you can come back to them.
Does it work in my state?
The record fields follow your state's chemical use requirements. We have started with New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria — tell us where you are and we will get to yours.
Who do I ring when something goes wrong?
